How it Works

Step 1: Getting to know you.

Our team understands your story and your content marketing needs, and then develops a custom content solution for your practice.

Step 2: Remote interview with HQ audio.

Our expert interviewer will conduct a natural, conversational interview with you remotely. (Depending on your package, we may also interview members of your team and patients.) We’ll send you a high quality microphone so the audio is crisp and clear.

Step 3: Edit the essential story with your feedback.

We’ll cut down your interview into your authentic story. You provide feedback, and then we finalize the story—with music that fits your vibe.

Step 4: Create shot list and video capture plan.

Based on the finalized story, our team will develop a production plan for in-person filming and set you up with everything you need to prepare your office for your production day.

Step 5: Film b-roll in your office.

Depending on your package, filming will take place in as little as 5 hours in your office without disruption to your business. You can see some patients and reserve some time for us to capture your cinematic visual story.

Step 6: Edit the visuals into the story, with music and graphics.

Now that we have all the footage we need, we complete your videos, add graphic overlays (titles + important callouts).

Step 7: Review, revise, finalize!

You’ll have two opportunities to provide feedback, which we will incorporate as we fine tune the details like color correction and audio mixing. The result will be videos that authentic to your practice!
